Handel Week Festival in Oak Park, IL

The concert will feature an original transcription of Handel's Organ concerto Opus 7 number 2 in A major HWV 307, played on the harp with the festival orchestra.

Freund bringing a love of the harp to Augustana

The addition of Harp Studio next fall will give music students the opportunity to major or minor in harp and provide Augustana musicians the chance to widen their repertoire.

New Harp Program

Erin Freund has been appointed to lead a brand new harp program at Augustana College in Rock Island, IL and is currently accepting students for the fall of 2011. Harp majors and non-majors will find a rich curriculum with many solo, chamber, and orchestral performance opportunities.
